Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags and packaging intact

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Limited Edition, Archive, Essence, and Reserved pieces are final sale.

To begin a return, contact returns@kayen.studio.

Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of confirmation.

Items returned outside these conditions may be declined or returned to the sender.

Shipping

Orders ship from Brisbane, Australia via AusPost.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 2–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to carrier operations and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders & Reserved Items

Some pieces are made available for Reserve. These are produced in strictly limited runs and may not be restocked. Estimated delivery windows are noted on each product page at the time of purchase.​

By placing a Reserve order, you acknowledge the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase.

Privacy

We collect the information required to fulfil your order, including name, contact and delivery details.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Kay En Studio does not store full payment details.

Data is stored securely and is never sold. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Terms

All content - including images, designs, logos, and written material - is the intellectual property of Kay En Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Use of this website and purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of these policies and applicable Australian law.
